How much does it cost?

All postings to PPO are free except advertisements which are governed by emanila advertising rates.

How to submit a post

You need to create your account to be able to submit a post. Details on how to create an account are set out in Join us.

To submit a post, you login to your account.

Once logged in, you use the Write | Post links in your Dashboard (or control panel). Enter the Title of your post in the Title box and the text of your post in the Post box. After selecting the Property Location of your post, click the Publish button on the right panel.

How to edit a post

Again, you need to login to your account, and once logged in, use the Manage | Posts link, select the post to edit.

Don’t forget to click the Save button to finish your editing.

How many ‘Property Locations’ do you have?

We set up ‘Property Locations’ based on needs as these arise. Currently, this site has ‘Property Locations’ corresponding to the names of Philippine provinces. We can set up a separate ‘Property Location’ for a specific town or city depending on the volume of posts for properties in that town or city.

Can I submit a post with photos?

Yes, you can. This site has enabled the facility to insert an image in your post. You can upload the image in this site or link its URL if the photo is already in another website. Please note that uploaded or linked images are resized to fit the layout of this site.
